1. Returns and Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork that you have purchased from me, I offer a full money-back guarantee.

2. Eligibility for Returns You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you are no longer be eligible to receive a refund. 

3. How to Initiate a Return Please contact info@wendywalker.co.uk to initiate the return process. You must include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or not as described. I would recommend using a tracked shipping service in order to ensure that the item is safely returned.

5. Refunds Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
