I want you to be delighted with your new artwork. If the painting or print doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of recieving your order. info@wendywalker.co.uk Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
How to Return Artwork
Prepare Your Artwork for Return:
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging, including any protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam corners.
Ensure the artwork is in its original condition (undamaged and unaltered).
Include the original certificate of authenticity, if provided.
Ship Your Return:
Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging the return within 14 days. drop it off at your nearest post office or authorised shipping centre.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once the artwork has been safely returned, I will process your refund within 14 days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Notification:
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Conditions
Custom or Commissioned Artwork:
Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately.
Sale Items:
Items marked as "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
